The Firm offers comprehensive Project Management Services for the entire construction development process from speculative inception through land certification and development to design management, contract placement and eventual delivery of completed product.
An increasing desire by Clients that projects be completed on time and within budgets with barest minimum of risks, dictates that rigorous management be applied to all stages of project implementation. The management activities of Immanuel Lawrence emphasize the role played as the Client’s representative charged with the responsibility to secure the control of time, cost and quality on any project, ensuring that Client’s project is delivered on time, within the planned cost and in compliance with approved guidelines to meet functional requirements and technical specifications.
Immanuel Lawrence targets optimization on every project, using the experience and skill of its team to work in harmony with the Client, other Consultants and the construction implementation stake-holder, the Contractor. She provides the desired interface necessary to achieve successful delivery of every complex project.
An undertaking to offer comprehensive Project Management Services goes beyond mere monitoring and co-ordination functions offered by many professional firms on some projects, with the attendant failures and departure from targeted deliverables.
